"Why," you ask? Because we want profile pages to have freedom of customization, but also to have some consistency. This way, when anyone visits a deviant, they know they can always find the art in the top left, and personal info in the top right.
Don't forget, restraints can bring out the creativity in you!

So, basically. I use deviant art for stock. I make layouts for Horseland.com and the quality and diversity of stock here is incomparable. All of my layouts will be posted on here and on HL. Occasionally I will do a manip just for the heck of it. I will always read and follow stock-providers rules.
